A Domestic Foundry Specializing in

Wear-Resistant Castings

Pacific Alloy Casting Company is a family-owned, ISO 9001:2015 certified foundry located near Los Angeles, specializing in abrasion-resistant iron alloys, including Ni-Hard, gray iron, and ductile iron castings for demanding industrial applications.

We help manufacturers improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend component life by delivering consistent, high-quality castings produced with controlled metallurgy and disciplined production processes.

What We Do

Pacific Alloy produces castings for applications where wear, impact, and harsh operating conditions are constant challenges. Our capabilities are built around supporting both high and low volume production, from prototype support through long-term supply programs.

We provide a single-source casting solution, including:

  • Casting design assistance

  • Patterns and tooling

  • Green sand and no-bake molding

  • Heat treating and annealing

  • Hydro-testing, machining, and painting

Our facilities support castings ranging from ounces to 5 tons, allowing us to meet a wide range of industrial requirements.
